You can add a caption to any of my GIFs and then download it.
I have made some with a space for a caption, you will have to sift through this page, they are not all my GIFs

Make the most of Tenor's Caption facilty

To caption one of my creations, select a GIF on Tenor that has space for text and click the caption button. This will open a dialogue box with options for text colour and facility to place the text where you want it. When happy with it click create GIF and download it
Many GIFs are available for captions here although changing the search term behind "3D gif artist add text" may give you want you need
